Who is the Spencer Loomis PTO?

It’s you. It’s your neighbor. It’s the family down the street.

It’s every parent who has a student at Spencer Loomis and wants to

make our school educational environment and community the best it can be.

The mission of the Spencer Loomis PTO is to enhance each student’s

elementary experience through events and educational opportunities,

and to foster close relations between parents and school administrators.

Did you know that the PTO funds teacher grants and field trips annually?

We also purchase playground equipment, support the school musical,

and plan events and service opportunities that build a stronger Spencer Loomis

community by brining students and families together.

PTO contributions can be seen throughout Spencer Loomis.

There are countless ways you can participate in the PTO…

• Attend events with your family

• Participate in planning by joining a committee

• Share your ideas and feedback

• Contribute to the no-stress fundraiser

• Volunteer to help at an event

Big or small, every contribution counts and together, we can make a huge difference.

Please contact the PTO executive board with questions or for more information.

The "No Stress Fundraiser" is off to a great start but WE STILL NEED YOU!

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and the whole Spencer Loomis community will benefit from the funds raised.

This fundraiser makes some really fun things possible, like field-trips and new playground equipment but also

brings book-fairs, science visits and everyone's favorite "One School-One Book" to our Mustangs.

Details of the benefits of your contributions can be found HERE.

Volunteers will work 2-hour shifts and will answer questions, help students find books,

run cash registers (very simple) and occasionally re-stock shelves.

Family night is back at the book-fair and better than ever!

We are inviting Grandparents to read to our Mustangs on

Thursday, October 3rd, 6:00 - 8:00 pm (15-minute shifts)

We are happy to introduce the "E-wallet" to the book-fair this year.

No need to send blank checks or worry about cash getting lost.
